Many of our laptop lockers can be supplied with charging functionality, typically by way of a 3-pin plug socket, allowing you to use your device's propriety charger. Charging functionality makes laptop lockers ideal for schools and businesses where laptops or tablets can be stored and charged over night ready for use the next day.

Many schools select a single door locker with multiple shelves, to securely store a classroom's tablets or laptops when not in use – and a single door makes for easier distribution and storing of devices. Businesses favour laptop lockers with multiple, secure locking compartments, meaning that employees can store their devices at the end of the working day on site, rather than having to take them home each day.

While laptop lockers should be securely fixed to a solid wall, they are designed for indoor use, in normal room temperature environments. Placing a laptop locker outside would compromise both it and its content's functionality and security.

Laptop lockers are not fireproof, and both the locker and its contents would likely be damaged if exposed to high temperatures.
