Well made product.

Easy to fit and use. Seems a well made product and is kitemarked for insurance purposes. If I had a criticism it would be that it only comes with two keys, third would be useful.

Installation was simple and required a minimum of tweaking to get it to fit (it was replacing a non kitemarked lock). The appearance once installed is very good with a polished brass plate on the edge of the door, as to security it seems safe but I guess short of getting a locksmith to try breaking in I will never know - at least the insurance should pay out!!

HI after the short delay my lock was finally delivered, it was very easy to fit. Very good build quality, it gave myself and partner confidence that we had purchased a lock that wood keep our property secure. With B/S standard and was insurance approved just the job.

ps regarding the delivery delay your company was on the ball after my email with updated communications polite and very professional attitude towards me very refreshing good job
