Excellent

I needed an insurance grade lock so telephoned to ask for advice which was freely given. Surprisingly the insurance grade product was the same price as the non-insurance grade!! I took the opportunity to have the locks "keyed alike" to reduce the number of keys we need to carry. The fitting was relatively easy and the product itself is great quality; just what you'd expect for an insurance grade device. Everything needed was in the box. We had just moved house and needed all the locks changed right away using locks we could have confidence in. Would buy this same product again any time.

The 5 lever lock was of good value and quality and complies with our home insurance requirements. Delivery was prompt and item was as advertised and as expected.

An OE Part A direct replacement for the original sashlock

Very good quality every thing go quite smoothly.

This lock was a direct replacement for the existing one. The only reason for changing it was because we had recently purchased the house and we’re unsure if we had all the keys.

We chose the same lock as we were happy with the performance of the old one. Installation was simple. This is a well built lock and offers excellent security.
