Asec Traditional Night Latch (60mm) Reviews

This lock is a good standard lock that will provide you with a decent level of security. I fitted this to our back garden gate allowing us to get in from both sides. It was relatively easy and quick to fit and locks nicely.

One of the keys didn't go in the lock too well so we only had one other to use (but I got more cut, although these didn't work straight away and had to be re-cut).

All in all a decent lock for the price - for a basic security lock, this lock will do you just fine

I bought this traditional style night latch to replace an identical old and worn out one. Because it was exactly the same size, shape and fitments, it was literally a five minute job to take the old one off and screw the new one to our traditional wood Victorian style front door. The latch seems good quality for the very reasonable price, and looks like it should last. Not the highest level of security naturally, but good enough as we have dead bolts on the door as well. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking to use a traditional night latch.
