This is heavy 60kg but surprisingly easy to open with one of the two keys supplied.

Fixing is easy as there’s a guide for the drill built in, when bolted in it’s very secure but you must have it flush with the brickwork to stop it being prised out.

All fixing are supplied so all you need is a 10 mm & 14mm masonry drills and a long reach socket.

This is a really solid, well made safe. Reasonably heavy with a very strong locking mechanism. The key looks like it came off the Titanic, it’s made of very thick metal.

Would I buy another Berg safe? Absolutely without a doubt.

Would I buy it from safe.co.uk? Absolutely. I was kept informed regularly as it was out of stock when I placed the order. Then it was delivered as promised on the agreed day.

Low effort to open / close. Unobtrusive and externally very neat, this is is a great addition to our household. Service from safe was excellent and prompt delivery was super. This is a high quality item that (I’m sure) will stand the test of time.
