product is very sturdy, easy to install and very easy to use, spare key is a very good idea. shelf comes in handy but you can easily remove this for bigger storage.

A good valued safe, with the security rating needed for home insurance. Bit tight getting a drill in to getting it secured to wall or floor

The Chubbsafe was easy to attach to the wall although I had to buy longer screws as it would not attach securely to the depth of the wall.

It is easy to access either by key or by a security number and locks automatically when the door is closed.

The size is perfect for my needs and the storage capacity is ample and has a removable shelf which helps increase the height capacity.

I managed to find a hidden place for my safe and it is now securely attached to the wall.

I'm now content that my valuables are safe and secure and am happy that I have purchased an item that is good value for money.

We have been really very pleased with this Chubb safe product. It was purchased when we moved house – we had an existing Chubb Safe but had agreed to leave it behind and wanted to purchase a replacement. The initial plan was to purchase the same safe again, but we discovered that the product had been upgraded and now available with a new touch screen option. The newer model with the touch screen is slick, very easy to use and also looks really smart. It was easy to fit and is just the right size. Our overall experience has been excellent all round. It was a no hassle purchase with the safe being dispatched and delivered very quickly. We would be very happy to recommend both the product and Safe.co.uk.

Very pleased indeed with the safe. Easy to install and being fire proof for 30 mins gives us more peace of mind. Have recommended it to my son who is going to get one.

A very good general purpose safe which is easy to use and easy to set up. I love the security of a backup power via external battery and the fail safe key too in case the internal batteries run out. INstallation instructions were clear, and assuming you have the right tools (a good quality drill - preferably hammer drill to install in concrete as recommended), plus a very necessary extra pair of hands to help lower the safe into the drill holes, installation is a breeze. Tried doing it single handed and didn't factor in the weight of the safe - not simple! Good product and excellent service too. Recommended

Very sturdy , and easy to operate

We have had other safes but this one is far superior in build quality and finish. Clearly the weight of it alone tells me that it has been made with strength and security in mind. Fixing it was no problem and programming the keypad was also straight forward.

I was really impressed with the safe when it arrived. I had got engaged and our home insurer had insisted that we fit a safe. I joked with my Fiance you get a ring, I get a safe!

It was relatively easy to fit with the option of rear or bottom fixing. The combination was easy to set, but you need to remember to change the Master code as well. I did manage to get some use out of it, as I am now able to safely store my watch collection. I would recommend this safe and any in this range.

Excellent product which is very well made and operates without any problems. With hindsight a slightly bigger safe would have been better for the volume of things we wish to store so actually gathering the things together before buying would be a good idea. Delivery was excellent with the safe being delivered on a wooden frame, the delivery driver bringing the whole assembly inside the house which eased the unwrapping. Installation was easy with just a set of raw bolts from local Diy store and for added security I also screwed it to the floor. Set up was easy and the safe works perfectly. Exactly what we were looking for in the product.

I bought this safe based primarily on the reputation of Chubb. The design is excellent, and method of operation suits me to a tee (electronic), as this eliminates the possibility of losing keys.

Having a shelf is also a plus, as is the warning buzzer to remind you that the door is open.

I appreciate the provision of an alternative method of opening the safe if it is locked with dead batteries.

I expected a key, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a battery operated device.)I would presume that it will be a safer method, compared to a key.

All in all, an excellent purchase, which I highly recommend

Recommended to purchase this product by a household insurance company specifically for use in storing jewellery.

The safe was easy to install and instructions were simple to follow.

Storage space is perfect for my requirements and the two shelves are ideal. The internal light is invaluable as the safe is obviously not in an open and light area. The alarm to remind that the safe is open is a little annoying but probably necessary and useful for some people.

My only slight disappointment is the battery life. Having used the safe for around 3 months I have already had to replace the batteries.

The safe that was purchases was chosen for its size both for where it had to be sited and contents to be stored. The safe shop had an easy web site to follow, information telling the details of each safe was clear and enable narrowing the choice of safes easy.
