Terrific service, and the quality of install and service was first rate. I will be purchasing again in the near future. It bears repeating because surprisingly so many companies don't get it, or at least say they do and don't deliver, but good, reliable high quality products backed by good customer service will win every time. Accept no substitutes!

Sexy and solid. Keeps documents safe. Shelf has a habit of moving / tipping up when removing items which can be annoying.

As advertised and met my needs

Unfortunately the lock was not working as described. Luckily the service provided by the Safe Shop is excellent and an engineer came out and replaced with a more straightforward replacement.

Very solid, loads of space and easy to use. Have complete confidence in it!

Everything was extreemly well orgnaised; phone calls always connected quickly and staff were very helpful indeed. Emails were replied to promptly. Installation was done exactly at the arranged time by highly competent people who were a pleasure to deal with. The whole process was very clear and easy.

We spent some time researching products and suppliers before deciding to order from The Safe Shop. The safe was delivered in a timely manner and the installation was carried out very efficiently and much quicker than we had anticipated. Importantly, the installers left no mess whatsoever. Initial difficulties with changing the master code were eventually overcome (I suspect it was really down to my interpretation of the instructions) we are now extremely happy with the safe. We have just had a 3 week holiday and slept a lot better knowing our valuables were protected. It has also made life much easier with our Insurance Company!
