A great safe and great support from the Company. My only issue was that the fixing bolts do not countersink. After a few calls to SAFE, the issue was resolved and a cover plate was sent to hide the bolts.

This is to maintain the fire integrity of the safe.

I purchased the Chubbsafes Home 35E from Safe.co.uk a few months ago, and it’s exactly what I needed. It has a good capacity - it can easily fit papers, my camera, the jewellery, our watches etc in with room to spare.

It also seems pretty robust, I bought from Chubb as it’s a known brand and it doesn’t disappoint. It weighs 60+ kilos and has a sturdy door and frame, you can also (should also) bolt it to the floor or wall which is necessary for it to be recognised by insurers.

All in all, a good safe and well worth the money. Safe.co.uk even honoured their price match guarantee and knocked some money off.

Website was simple to use with all the details needed to select and order the right safe for our needs. We needed a specific size and weight for quite a restricted space but also wanted high security for family document and valuables. The order was processed quickly and the safe despatched and tracked to arrive on date and time. The safe was very well protect for transport and made easier to handle by being placed on a small wooden pallet. All in all the safe is exactly what we needed, very secure and fits perfectly where we placed it. The whole experience was very straightforward and simple and in my view good value for money, thanks.

The safe is so easy to use. What I was most impressed with was the service from the company. Quick and easy!

Brilliant product and so easy to use. However instructions could be made clearer. It was a real good buy and the process of ordering and support were good. We did have an issue when we first bought it but when we rang Chubb they sorted it out with minimal fuss
