Well constructed and in-keeping with expectations for a Chubb safe. V solidly built. East to install, though bear in mind it weighs about 50Kg if you are handling it yourself. You need to pay attention to instructions when programming, but once done operation is a cinch. Overall I think this is an excellent safe for home use. Has sufficient space for valuables and key documents; fire protection was an additional consideration for me as well.

Good size, just about holds a4 paper but not in a file or anything.

Top Quality service from the staff at safe. I nearly purchased the safe from another company, as I thought it was cheaper, but after learning the postage from the other company was going to be close to £90.00, and safe offering free postage, it then made safe the cheapest option.

When the safe arrived, unfortunately the portable inside censor light did not work, but a quick email to safe and a new one arrived in the post in a couple of days.

This is an excellent safe and has met all my requirements. Delivered as promised and easy to install. Setting up can be a little tricky but as long as you are patient and read the instructions it is easily accomplished. The design and sturdy nature of the safe gives you confidence you have bought a quality product. I would highly recommend this safe to anyone wishing to protect their valuable and attractive items.

It seemed quite expensive at first having viewed a number of Home Safes but this Chubbsafe Vaults S2 wins hand down. It is extremely strong and heavy construction requiring 2 pairs of hands to move it! Really well finished inside and out. At last we have a secure depository for important documents and family treasures. High Recommended

Overall I am happy with the product. The keypad was detached upon delivery and I had to phone yourselves to resolve the issue. I secured the keypad in place myself.
