Codelocks CL5010 - Key Override (Stainless Steel) Reviews

Highly recommended. I know I can feel safe knowing I have this type of door locking device. It's very easy to use and I can give different code numbers to different people so I know who will be opening my door. It looks very smart on the door and does't look big and bulky. I can open it quite easily even though I have less use in my hands and fingers. It lets you know when you put the correct code numbers in and it will stay locked if the wrong number code is put in so its a safe and secure way of my door being kept locked and shut.

This was easy to fit and blends in well even in a domestic situation (front door of a terraced house). For us we need to reprogram it regularly because we use it on a holiday let property so we change the code every time to the holidaymaker's telephone number(s), while keeping other codes the same for ourselves and anybody else who might need access. The only improvement that we would like to see is an easy way of putting it "on the latch" for a few minutes, for example by putting in a special code immediately after the unlock code.

Good solid product, should last for years.

I have used these locks for many years and always found the build quality superb. As long as you take your time during installation you should have no issues. Nice looking robust lock 👍
