Product is smart and very neat. Arrived very slightly damaged on one corner but since I needed it that day (going on holiday) I touched up the paint and lept it.

Fitting is not that easy on a solid concrete wall and the provided plugs/screws seem too small to ensure security.

The box is in a porch to weather protection has not been a major issues but when the wind direction was unfavourable some rain appears to have got in - but a minor problem.

Excellent product. Stops the dogs shredding the post before I open it, easily fits in packets and letters. I've stuck a wheelie bin address label on it so it reminds the postie not to mis-deliver. Dogs don't bark at the postie anymore. Best decision I've made in quite a while.

This is a neat and seemingly reasonably strong postbox. It require careful placement to avoid rain ingress. Apart from that, at this early stage of its use, I am pleased with my purchase.

Arrived very quickly - was easy to secure to wall - looks great but most of all we are very pleased that people can't put hands in to whip out mail without a key.

Having recently installed a front door without letterbox we needed a post box. The Brabantia B100 is not the cheapest available on the market but has the most meaningful guarantee. The material of which it is made is of good quality and effort has been taken to prevent corrosion. Installation is easy as a drilling template is provided and the resilient mountings allow for unevenness in the mounting surface. The design effectively prevents rain getting into the mail and the thing hinges open in a way that makes the contents readily accessible. Perhaps most significant of all, it looks really good on the front of the house.

All-in-all an excellent product !

main body and coating good quality. Security could be better, simple lock and drop down front could easily be jemmied open. Looks good, and holds a decent amount of mail including A4 size.

The fitting service was very good. The post box itself is easy to use and looks attractive. It has transformed our postal delivery as our little dog no longer eats the post! The product is sturdy and well made. If the postman leaves the letter slot open, there is a possibility that rain cam get in, depending on the direction of the weather. The opening, lockable flap of the box is slightly warped but because of the thick rubber seal, it remains weatherproof. Access via the key is easy and secure and the box has a large capacity for even oversized mail. I would recommend this product.

Seems well up to spec. Solid. Template, as part of holding cardboard box very rigid and well marked for screw holes. Screws provided way too short, esp as outside walls are of pebble dash finish. Thick spacers welcome, giving ventilation between post box and wall. As yet am quite impressed
