Great company great website will definately use again

I recently purchased the ERA 210 Viscount - 5 lever deadlock (65mm polished brass) as a direct replacement for the deadlock that was previously fitted to the front door.

The item was very easy to fit and the build quality was very good. It has also improved the appearance of the door furniture giving good kerb appeal and adding extra security to the property.

I also took the option to purchase additional keys at time of purchase. This was a good option to have and also great value for money.

Everthing arrived in very good time and the enclosed instructions made fitting easy. Would definately reccomend.

To steal another product's advertising line - it does what it says on the tin!

It is well built, very easy to use and very quick to fit,and repesents excellent value for money. I replaced another lock with it. The old one got stuck frequently and you always felt the key might break off in the lock, so it had it go. The new one - the 201 Viscount - was fitted in a couple of minutes and works properly. Certainly the door feels very secure - I hope I'm not tempting fate when I say that! All in all, this is a very good product at a decent price. I recommend it.

Solid lock, although I believe it is of an old design. Newer locks may have better security.

Would use again

Ours was a little different to the normal purchase as we wanted 4 locks with the same key! It’s easy to arrange that on their site. They need to make it a bit clearer that you only get 2 keys, as I could have ordered the extra from them. As it was I had to go to Timpsons and then fiddle about filing the extra keys to make them work. Apart from that the licks were easy to fit and look fantastic with all the brass fittings. I am very pleased with the result and increased security. I highly recommend this company and these ERA locks.
