Well-made but it's just not secure.

Just lift the flap and you can put post in......... and take it out!

Makes the high security lock pointless.

Also not waterproof - when it rains, your post gets a shower.

Safe to the point whereby you can just lift the lid and remove the post without using the key!!!

You can easily take post back out by putting your hand in the top! Not good for really high security!!!

The box is very well constructed and is re-assuringly solid. It is easy to use and the large slot for the post means that all normal-sized items can be easily inserted. We consulted with our local post-office and postman who approve the slot being in the top of the box rather than the side. We have had a slight problem with rain ingress. There is a drain hole in the bottom of the box but as the box is fastened to a rough wall it is not quite vertical and water collects in the bottom of the box. I have still not worked out how the rain is getting in.

Very happy with the post box. Good size for larger letters and parcels.

This is a terrible product. The build quality is extremely poor due to 2 reasons:

1. The product is not water resistant in the slightest. Even the slightest of rain and your post is sodden wet through.

2. The product is marketed as highly secure - and at over £200 the price reflects this. However, the post box opening is so large it is very easy to reach your hand inside and steal post.

Honestly the worst product I have ever bought. The 2 issues above should make this product 0 out of 5 as it is not fit for purpose. As an aside, the guy that fitted the post box was extremely rude.

We use it every day and it works like a dream now it is under cover. We did have some wet mail at the start and had to relocate it as e had it outside against a brick wall under our sign.!

The box fits under the stars and the stairs and looks beautiful. Even the postman loves it particularly the discrete colour.The fixing was simple butas said before we had to fix it twice. We had house martins nesting over it under the porch where we fixed it so now we have to clean it up as its covered with white bird droppings.

This has solved the problem of our dog putting teeth marks in letters!
