This postbox was delivered promptly. It is easy to use and has plenty of space for large and small mail, small parcels and packages. The opening at the bottom is ideal to put the newspaper in. As it’s outside on the wall the stainless steel gets mucky but cleans up like new with either a stainless steel wipe or spray. It comes with two keys (a spare in case you mislay one) and once the mail is in the box it’s secure. It’s functional, good looking and great value for money. I would highly recommend this product and be very happy to use this company again.

We have had this post box a few months now and have no issues apart from a gap in-between the front of the door and its backing. Some people cant be bothered to open the top flap and shove a letter or leaflet through this gap making it very difficult to get out. Thats just someone being laze and for us it doesn't distract from the box itself as it has only happened twice. The box is stylish and holds sufficient post of varying sizes.

We Chose this not only for its features but also for the contemporary design. It is very attractive and easy to clean.

Would certainly recommend the Estilo 23 to anyone thinking of purchasing a new post box.

Nice looking product: the postperson seems to like it and began using it immediately even though we still had the letter box. One needs two hands to open it: one to hold the lid up, then the other to turn the key. It's a bit more fiddly than anticipated, and looks as if it would be easy to break into if anyone could be bothered. However, it is better than some we looked at. Nice product but could be improved upon: perhaps soft close hinges or some mechanism for keeping the lid up.

Great letter box. It has taken 45 years at this address and 5 letter boxes. Every single one of them has leaked like a sieve with our strong south westerly winds until I purchased the Estilo 23. No leaks what's so ever and saved me having to rest my post on our Aga for the day before I am able to open the soggy envelope so the contents doesn't disintegrate. Such heaven.

We have just renovated a school into two domestic dwellings, and on ours, we had a new front door fitted "with NO LETTER BOX aperture". So, after chatting with the "postie", he "recommended" a top access post container, which is "exactly" what we purchased. Following a prompt delivery, it was easy to fit, is easy for the "postie" to leave our letters etc.., its design is excellent for keeping mail dry, which is most important, and the product is made from materials which are very good quality. Following this, we have no problem accessing our mail, I am one very happy customer all round.

Looks very good once mounted. Only been up a few months so cant tell how it will survive our wet climate, but good so far.

When mounting, if you dont adjust the way its fitted to wall, the top will scrape the wall when opened. Easily rectified by putting thicker spacers at top fixings than at the bottom but these were not supplied so just be aware.

We were looking for a post box that was fairly capacious e.g. would hold magazines and large envelopes. This fitted the bill. The newspaper slot was a definite bonus, making it easy to remove the paper without the need for a key.

Installation was potentially very straightforward, with all the fittings provided. However, our house wall is made of roughcast limestone blocks and mortar, hence is not flat, so it was more tricky than most houses to install the box. Nevertheless, it is in place and been in use for over a month with no issues. I can't really comment on the weatherproofness, as it's under an archway by the front door, so it doesn't really get the weather. The construction seems very robust and I expect to give long service.

This post box has been in use for three rainy months and the post has never got wet. You can get lots of mail in the box so no concerns if you're away for a few days. Although the box is not heavy it is easier with 2 people as the position of the fixing holes make attaching the box to the wall a bit fiddly. The build quality is excellent and it looks very stylish in situ.

The Estilo 23 is a solid, secure, easy to fit and very easy to use mailbox. The mailbox does what it says on the box.

This is not the first post box I have purchased, bit it is undoubtably the best. The build is very good and no fears about security. Being made of stainless steel there is no risk of corrosion - and it has been up in Cornish weather for about 3 months now. Good capacity and size of slot for post too.

Never easy trying to decide. This one? That one? Oh... what about that one, then? At every turn, there's another alternative. Does it cost less? Is it better value... better made... better?

I spent ages looking for the right one. Then I thought, 'Does it really matter? It's only a post box!' But with so many naff ones out there, poorly designed, cheaply made, pathetic examples that will rust in a fortnight, yes, it does matter. Big style.

And that's why I decided on this well designed, stainless steel version. Big enough to handle a reasonable quantity of post without looking like a dustbin, and should stay looking smart for the long term without the constant replacement so many others promise.

Quality will win through over time. For that, only time will tell, but I'm feeling confident.

We sometimes spend a few days away on the spur of the moment and decided to invest in a stylish postbox to avoid letters laying visible through our glass door. This fits the bill perfectly. Easy to fit, looks good and has enough capacity. One thing we did before deciding on which one to buy was to discuss the idea with our regular postman. We showed him several options and his advice caused us to eliminate a number of products before settling on this one. Very happy with our ultimate choice and, importantly, so is the postman!

Smart looking, just had new front door, so finishes the look, practical nice not having post blocking hallway, plenty of space and lots of spare keys, was very well packed, and postman happy no bending down. Thank we are impressed.

after looking at many post boxes thought this was the one for us,am disappointed as you can easily pick mail out without unlocking,someone put some christmas cards by hand and put them in section at very front didnt see them for a few days and were wet and ruined.On a good point it is nice looking stylish and east to put up

When having a new door fitted I chose not to have a letter box mainly thanks to the postie breaking the previous one! After searching online I came across this one and it's perfect for the job, even fitting small parcels whilst remaining safe and secure. It's weatherproof too, even with the recent storms all mail has been completely dry. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely looking sturdy letter box..

Our new post box has proved a great purchase. All our post stays dry with the flip over cover/lid. The box is solid and the locking mechanism is secure. The locking area is covered by the over hanging lid to protect it from the elements.

The size of the box enables larger letters eg A4 envelopes to be posted without the need to bend our post.

We have had numerous comments complimenting us on our new post box stating that it looks very smart.

The purchasing of our post box from Safe.co.uk was very straight forward and the delivery was prompt arriving as promised.

This post box is ideal for our use and appears to be quite robustly built. The only drawback to the product is that it requires two hands to unlock and retrieve the post as the lid does not stay open in its own.

Love it, decided on this instead of a traditional one, so pleased with it, looks great and size is really good
