The problem with most websites is that they are difficult to understand the quality and characteristics of the proposed safe. Because of this difficult to understand how much is willing to spend on a safe. And only on your site, I met more evident and clear description of the series. After I decided on the device model, I compared the prices and terms on different sites. In this regard, your site, too, was the best. Checkout. It was simple and straightforward. A little disappointed many delivery times safes. Product does what it says according to description on the website description. Ordering process was good & product delivered within an agreed timescale.

Helpful delivery men managed to position the safe where we requested in a room on the upper level of the house. Expensive to install & deliver however we have the product where we want it to be located.

Easy to operate opening handle & good inside storage. Nice touch having hooks on the inside door to hang spare keys. Appreciate separate drawer with lockable key for jewellery.

I researched safes and fire safes until I finally settled on the Phoenix Fire Fighter FS0442e. This was bigger than I was initially looking for but during the review it became evident I would regret getting a safe too small to keep important documents and possessions in that I would not want to lose in a fire. The safe is perfect, we have two multi-compartment file holders and a separate A4 document holder in the bottom section with room left for more if necessary. The shelf above is ideal for hard drives and quick access items whilst the draw is perfect for cash and valuables.

All in all, it is a well thought out constructed safe - well recommended.

Just a note about delivery - efficient and professional, delivered to the room - looking at the new Karndean flooring they laid protection down first so the floor was protected from damage - great service.

Website was a bit confusing as wanted specific safe but phoned main number and was talked through what we needed, pro forma raised and paid for then safe arrived as arranged, delivery good, fitted in appointed place (paid for extra) and packaging taken away. offered instruction how to use but already have the same so not needed
