Overall the safe is extremely well made and very secure with no exposed hinges and just the key hole on the front of the door. The only issue I had in installing the safe was that the instructional video on the safe.co.uk website didn't work for me. On the video it showed the engineer marking through the base where the holes should be on the floor and then drilling these holes he then re-positioned the safe over the holes and dropped the supplied expanding bolts through the safe floor and tightened them up from inside the safe. In my case the the bolts wouldn't pass through the safe floor so I ended up having to put the expanding parts into the holes and then trying to mate the two parts to enable the expanding bolt to function. The supplied bolts are of inferior manufacture and should be longer as the bolt head drops into a fairly deep recess making it difficult to mate the two parts together. I also felt that the safe base should be of thicker material as it is this that is the weak point of the product.
