I was sceptical about the quality of the picture and ease of installation when I ordered the system. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of interconnection, both power and video, with the cameras which is simple and foolproof. I have the app installed on my smart phone and I was pleased to see how easy it was to pick up live images from the cameras when I am away from home. This is great value and I can't fault picture quality either night or day.

Given the clear instructions that come in the kit anyone that is competent with DIY should have no problem installing this system. Recommended, the reviews were not wrong.

I found it very easy to use and install, your fitter installed 2 cameras i added 2 cameras and found it very easy and im 79 years old your fitter ran the cables in the gutter witch i dont think is a good idea as its exposed to all the Elements but all in all i think its a good system many thanks

I bought the four channel set up with two cameras initially. I immediately installed it covering my front drive and hallway. It was so simple to install and hardly used the installation book as its more or less 'Plug and Play'. It was that easy. After seeing the quality of the HD recording I then purchased a further two cameras to cover the garden and kitchen door.(Here I stumbled across a problem with a camera not working?? However I called customer support and immediately the problem solved... My error not the product, Doh)

Now for the technical side. Because my front drive has pedestrians walking past the drive the camera was picking them up but you can blank these areas out to stop activation of recording. Wow I was further impressed!! The day time recording quality is awesome and I was dubious about the infra red night time. Again this product proved me wrong. I installed the App on my phone to see if any good?? Again fantastic. So versatile and easy to use and if you want to screen shot a camera then you can and also activate recording to save to phone. I have not set up the alert activation as there is too much traffic within the home at all times but i am confident that will work. I would say the only thing I cannot suss out is what the Audio jacks are for?? Internal notification warning?? Its just a shame that you cannot connect audio to the app so that you can communicate with the base station(A friend has this on theirs and is very useful) One down side to this product. There is no option for western Europe for the time. And for some reason the time keeps changing?? I am sure this could be resolved. Overall I would say dont waste money on other products or even spend hours researching.. This is all you will need... Thank you Safe.co.uk for a brilliant product and outstanding custer support.

I needed some external cameras after someone tried to steal my car. I purchased these cameras after some research into different brands and features. Eventually, I settled on these as they provided the quality of image I needed within this price range. I shopped around and found them at the best price with Safe. I checked out some online reviews and ordered them. They arrived fast and were easy to set up. I’ve attached them to the outside of my house and they’re great. They are a good deterrent. The feature of watching live CCTV on your smartphone when away is really reassuring.

Excellent system. Very easy to install plug and play. Very good picture quality. The cameras are of high quality HD . Menu set up is simple to use and also can set up to your mobile phone via internet.

It's a little clunky to get set up, not fitting the cameras but the software, lots of preset to do. The cameras picture is brilliant and we can't knock that, but they are not perfect. We've had a swann system before and so expected the glitches.... And we got them. We've had to set one camera to continually record as the sensor has randomly stopped working. This isn't an issue for us as we have so little passing traffic that we can have it do so, however if we were in a city this would mean a camera replacement would be 100% necessary. Overall its a good system and for the money it's fine. Cameras are just a little sensitive.

Cameras were easy to install and set up and arrived far quicker than expected which is always good. Very easy transaction process with Safe.

I purchased the Swann DVR4-4580 a few months ago and installed it myself, very easy indeed. Setup the recorder to 24/7 with auto overwrite and TBH it has not put a foot wrong. Very clear images day or night and alerts work perfectly. Using the HomeSafe app on the laptop and mobile, I can access the live images and playback from anywhere in the world. Would recommend highly. Great service from Safe.co.uk.

Yes works well and good value for money Wished now I had got one with 4 cameras as my next door neighbour 0ne week later got one with 4 camares for the same price as mine. Will now have to buy cameras separate hope you can give me a good deal kind regards

i ordered this system after weeks of research and reading reviews of current users and received the system in double quick time,. The "read me first" guide was simple to understand and everything was connected for testing prior to installation of cameras - they worked first time. The next step was more difficult as this was the positioning of the cameras, however this was a local problem due to the layout of my property and not the equipment.The cameras were eventually positioned and the system was complete. I downloaded the app to my mobile and during my holiday in the USA I was impressed with the ease of monitoring my property remotely. The only negative I can mention is the constant request for my password when. switching screens during playback, I have now downloaded the user guide and will probably find it is because of setting options during the set-up phase. I can honestly recommend this system and I now have peace of mind when away from home at a reasonable price

I can honestly say that after having many security system's over the years, this is by far the easiest to use once you have the information logged inside your head, which took me a bit of time due to me being a bit of a numpty with computers.

The support team were very very helpful and patient with me at Swan and the supplying company which sold me the equipment.

I was a bit sceptical to start with, as it was off the internet I found them, but my fears were unfounded, the delivery and the packaging was second to NONE..! The equipment was here when they said it would be, which these days was very refreshing and professional of them.

I ordered the two camera option with 1tb hd as that was all I needed. The box was packed really well it arrived in good time, checked to make sure that I had received all the items. Read the instructions as per the information printed on the box the cameras arrived in. After all initial checks made set about how to place the cameras. I started by placing indoors as I did not want to climb a ladder.

The camera worked really well In the daylight but night was really bad called Safe.co.uk spoke to one of there employees who advised me that the camera was picking the reflection from the window up.

Hanging out a window (not reccomended) placed the camera outside set the direction to cover just the area needed and as the saying goes Bob's your uncle. Works really well have got no complaints and would recommend this product..

Still have not really set up the system yet,as I have purchased another 2 cameras.

A pretty decent system for the money and I have recommended it to my friend's. It was fairly easy to install myself once I had rifled through all the instructions booklets to find the one in English. I was also able to find better help guides on YouTube. The picture quality is fairly good and nght vision works well. I am definitely more than happy with it now after a few tweaks to suit me and our environment. We brought a two camera system first off to try but now intend to add a couple more cameras to make it a four camera system.

I am so pleased with my cctv and was impressed with how easy it was to instal !.. the quality and clarity is second to none !! Being able to check my property whilst away by using my mobile gives me reassurance, and gives me opportunity to return home as fast as possible!!.. I have not found any negatives with this product, it is Just amazing !!... I would recommend this to anyone thinking of making their property safe and secure. It has given me peace of mind when I’m not at home, and also during the nights !!..

It is a good product solid and reliable. You will need a magnifying glass to read the instruction, and you will need to read the instructions for operator set-up. The physical build is simple plug and play. The cameras can be aimed through quite a good arc in all directions and produce a good clear image, both day and night. My only disappointment is that you only get a still sent when the cameras detect movement and not a short vid. On my first few days I got about 50 emails a day. Then I read the instructions again. You can adjust for sensitivity and blank out areas on the cameras such as local footpaths. Yes, I would buy again. Good value for money.
