Have bought other letter boxes in the past which looked good but after a few month .....either fell apart or started to rust.

However this letter box not only looks good it has a good lock and weather proof .

Very pleased although not the cheapest....but as they say !!!!

you get what you pay for.

Just what I needed in a position where previous metal boxes have rusted and space restricted.

I live close to the sea & this plastic post box is perfect for that - gone are the days of rusting boxes attached to the wall :-) Nice quality & works well. Highly recommended.

I am very impressed with this plastic letter box. I'd previously had an exterior stainless steel letter box but the quality was nowhere near adequate being quite close to the sea and it rusted. No worries with the Swing white plastic unit as it wipes clean and is totally fit for purpose.

Easy to use & keep clean

not as big as i expected, although had checked dimensions and gone for what i thought would hold good size iems. postie leaves A4 letters poking out top as they wont fit if a a little bulky ie more than a couple of sheets of paper in envelope.

water gets in so damp post at times.

I would recommened this swing white plastic post box. Easy to put up and easy on the eye very smart

Easy to keep clean, keeps post dry even in the exposed place we have it.

Measuring the holes for drilling in to the wall was a bit hit and miss as the screw holes are elongated to allow the box to stand proud from the wall, this meant marking for the holes was not as easy as hoped. A paper template woułd have been very useful (like Ikea do for some of their products)

I was a bit sceptical when I ordered this plastic post box but it certainly does the job - easy to install, doesn't rust (as a previous steel box did) and seems pretty weathertight - our house is in an exposed coastal location. So far I'm very pleased with it.
