Great ! It did the job of replacing similar lock but which was very old and had no key. The item was despatched very quickly and was well packaged. It is often difficult to find the exact same dimensions in this situation but SAFE had a good stock and variety of locks and saved the day in this instance. Good quality item at a reasonable price on a website that is easy to navigate, simple to use and altogether well laid out. The lock came as promised and quite quickly. I fitted it without too many problems. I figured out how to reverse the latch. Instruction sheet would have been handy but I figured it out.

It's been hard to find a modern replacement for the, now broken, victorian locks in our 1890's house. This is perfect and with some small adjustments to the holes for the spindle and keyhole, we now have a working, lockable door. I am very happy both with Union product and the service provided by Safe and will use again!
