It's helpful to have all the dimensions of the lock shown on the website, including the distance between the mounting screws. This was the only lock I could find of the correct dimensions to replace the locks on the steel doors of our allotment lock-up shop. Although only 3 levers, it provides secondary security to a 5 lever padlock, so it is adequate for purpose. I was pleased to be able to buy 2 the same, keyed alike, which makes distribution of keys to members easier. One of the locks was a bit stiff from one side but it didn't matter because I fitted this lock with the stiff side to the inside, as nobody ever wants to lock themselves inside the shop. Overall, I was pleased with the purchase.

I was looking to replace three locks with different keys with similar products all opening to a single key. Size was slightly unusual and local security shop didn't recognise it. The three units arrived with two keys, main and duplicate. Which was fine. I had duplicates cut locally for other owners of the boat where the locks are fitted. Fitting the locks was easy; they were exactly the same size as those being replaced. The latch-bolt on one lock had to be reversed. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. One minor niggle is that the original key is very tight on one of the locks. Hopefully this will change as key and lock wear slightly
