Really nice internal lock with a smart external finish. Marked security as 6 as this is not the point with an internal door. The most impressive thing is that this lock is available with the exact non-standard dimensions I needed to fit in to a 100-year old door and despite being 'special' was not expensive and available next day from stock. Now I just need to fit new locks in to 10 more doors...

well made product the fitting instructions were excellent I have fitted many locks in the past and the clear instructions made it the most successful ever fitted. The value is outstanding, smooth operation, appearance and security all very good.

Delivery by return was as promised.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Union Essential 3 Lever Sashlock in polished brass which I ordered in December 2022.

The despatch was quick and notifications were sent to advise us of arrival & delivery. There were 'How to' videos attached to the communication with clear instructions for fitting and replacing a sashlock which were extremely helpful. It is definitely great value for money, easy to install and I unreservedly recommend it. Thank you.

I bought this as a replacement for a lock on our garage door. This lock was getting unreliable in terms of being able to lock and unlock it. The key had to be in just the right position in order to operate the lock.

The replacement lock from the safe shop was almost a like for like replacement, just had to make some minor adjustments to get it to fit ( this was not a fault of this lock).

This replacement lock has a smooth operation and positive locking action. Hopefully this new lock will last for many years to come.

The lock was correctly fitted but jammed locked after only two months! The front door therefore needed to be cut open - and replaced!

May have been bad luck, but I cannot recommend this product or supplier.

Good quality product looks durable

As it turned out, I found the old lock I was to replace started to work OK. So I cannot comment on the fitting because I haven't fitted it. But I can comment on the service. The original lock sent had a fault and I sent it back with a request that the replacement be one that latched the other way from the one sent. The speed with which a replacement was sent was startling and it did have the reversed action. I would us this supplier again. They were teriffic.

i bought the lock as replacement for one that was fitted 15 yrs ago. I am so happy i can still find an exact replacement without the need to modify the openings on the door. The nrw lock slipped in perfectly! Well.made and competitive ly priced.
