Needed a mortise lock for a thin bathroom door. We’d reversed the door hanging, so the old rim lock with a thumb latch was unfortunately no longer appropriate. Great to find a slimline lock that looks smart and does the job. Quick delivery and good communication too. It was a little tricky to fit, mostly because the door is very old and had numerous holes, so not a lot of solid wood to cut into, but got there in the end. Can’t really comment on the security as only using it for privacy in a bathroom. Would happily buy from safe.co.uk again.

Chose Safe after being let down by one of its competitors. The process of ordering, from start to finish was smooth and efficient. The staff I dealt with were professional and knowledgeable, which made choosing a suitable lock easy. The 3 lever sash locks I chose were perfect for the job. They are slightly narrower than standard, but this made them easier to fit. The process of fitting them was easy, and the instructons supplied were very helpful. I had ordered 9, and so it took a while! Once fitted they worked well, and provided the level of security that I needed. Thanks Safe! Would definitely recommend them!
