I was delighted with the Yale lock when I first received it. The quality was also good being nice and sturdy. We did and still do have a problem though as we find it impossible to put our own code into the device. We have tried everything and followed instructions to the T but to no avail. We did consider returning it but then decided to just use it with the factory setting of all the zeros. I would also like to add that the service we did receive from Safe was excellent. No problem with the service whatsoever and would definitely be a return customer should I require anything they supply.

Seems to be a well made lock easy to set my own code, and use, very happy with the purchase.

Good quality and secure. Good for gym lockers.
