The most important thing about this lock is that it fits perfectly into the space and dimensions of an older, now no longer available, Yale Night Latch.

good quality at very good price

We wanted something to match in with the old door furniture we already have but to add that extra security to our front door - 400 year old houses were never, it seems, made that secure. Peace of mind when we go out and a smaller key for day to day use as the main lock is opened and closed by a 6 inch long Church Key! Clear instructions that were easy to follow made this sturdy latch lock very easy to install. Its finished look is perfect for us as it does not stand out as modern from the rest of the door. Ordering and delivery were straight forward, leaving us with a hassle free experience. Thank you.

Great look for my traditional door. Not too big or bulky. Reasonable price.

Classic design and therefore good for a period property where polished chrome would just look wrong. Seems pretty solid and well built. Good value for money.

We needed to replace an old Yale door lock that had given up its mechanical ghost (latch wouldn't work anymore), and so glad we found this one.

It has the same dimensions, so no new holes to drill. And it came in black, just the colour we needed to match the rest of the door furniture.
