For the money its a good value safe, however it could be better with a few improvements.

1. The alarm is not very loud. You would hear it if in the same house, but not otherwise. But perhaps that's because its a cheap safe.

2. The fitting instructions are terrible, a few simple pictures that are of no help. OK, its not a very complicated process - but tips like cutting away carpet and the skirting board would help to make sure its fitted as well as possible.

3. The fixing bolts are cheap. I'd recommend that you but better ones as I did. Its only a couple of £ extra and you will get a better and easier installation.

Overall, a good safe for the money and has worked well since installed a couple of months ago.

It’s a real pity that the instructions included with the safe were unclear and ultimately not right. Fair play to customer service though who sent through the correct order of things. Build quality is great, it holds a load of stuff and it’s easy to install. Once they get the instructions sorted it will be a 10/10 item.

Great item, good quality build, space is ok for its size - fits 15 inch laptop perfectly plus some space left. Easy to use, good quality touch. Comes with two override keys. Instruction could have been a bit better but if you had some experience with safes, it's very easy to use. Fitting bolts included. THANK YOU!
