I guess you get what you pay for. These locks were inexpensive and not really fit for purpose. I wanted locks for my shed, but there's little point going overboard as anyone with the slightest bit of determination will remove a hinge or break a window. These locks are described as indoor or outdoor use, but after a few weeks they no longer lock.

The Yale YE1 Essential 40MM Brass Padlocks ( 2Pack) are excellent locks and well worth the investment for peace of mind and security.

The locks are well constructed and secure. They replace two other locks made by another manufacturer and I feel are of superior quality. They are smooth in use and having the same key for each lock is very useful.

All arrived as planned locks OK for the job
