It is great for us. We are doing Airbnb and can send guests a code.

We already have one of these wonderful locks for the front door so when we need one for garden access we automatically obtained the same because it was easy to fit, easy for people to use and does a very good job of keeping the door secure and unauthorised people out. We change the code on a regular basis and the staff have no problem in changing the code on both of the locks. Everyone who uses the door lock is re-assured about the security and are impressed with the display and, as we operate a guest house, are pleased that we have a sophisticated electronic door lock system.

It’s a shame this review is for these 2 products combined - as I would rate the Digital door handle 5/5 but the night latch 1/5.

The door handle is a game changer and I am annoyed I didn’t get one sooner. The product looks lovely and is so easy to use.

The night latch looks shiny but is rubbish to use! The turning handle is so small you can’t grip it and the chrome makes it slippery. I can no longer open my door with one hand so I will have to replace it. The previous model was way more user friendly although didn’t look as nice.

It’s a good lock. No fault with it. Does what it’s suppose to do. Fob works ok.

We ordered 2 of the locks. One was faulty but Safe sorted it out immediately with a swap over. It's very handy for rental properties but also if you have a sick person in the house, just in case the ambulance need to get in and the person can not get to the door, you can give a code. We have fitted 4 doors with these locks now and highly recommend them.

Great lock, can use with phone app, or nfc tag (which come in card, tag, and sticker form), or you can add one of several modules, and control if from your smart home/key fob by infrared.

Feels very secure, easy to install, and one of the best features, is that if for whatever reason you let the batteries discharge, you can use a 9v battery from the outside, to power the unit.

Not really anything I can think of on the "downside" collum to be honest, I just used a little silica round the lock on the inside to make it that little bit more firm.

I'd definitely buy another lock the same if I ever had the need, as have tried a few from the smart lock market, and have been disappointed far often than not.

Good value for money compared to others. Easy to use and looks nice too. It has many functions that I haven’t put to use yet so I think in the long run, when we use these features, it will help us to track people coming in and out. I will definitely be using this lock again on other properties.

very easy to use and basic. not as interesting as the Samsung model which unfortunately is not on sale in this country.

Super secure lock, I used it on an outwards opening door with a custom slam plate.. It feels strong.. The night latch and the yale keyless entry system looks shiny and really nice.. It has some weight to it when you take it out the box which is reassuring. The instructions are easy enough to follow and there is a YouTube video you can search for made by yale to help with the installation if you are just doing it as DIY like me, The beeping can be turned down or off all together if you don't like it... The settings are super easy to learn and understand so you won't need to spend time looking at the instructions every time you want to change something/add a new password or RFID tag... The internal socket allows you to add a module to the system.. Yale have their own ones for the yale security system and the car style key fob... But there's also the 3rd party compatible Z-wave module which I use with a smart things hub for easy unlocking from anywhere in the notifications on my phone.. I use the included RFID keyring on my own set of keys.. The RFID card for friends/family and a sold seperately sticky tag which I have on my phone and if all else fails I even have a pass code! and a spare 9V battery incase the 4XAA's fail.. :D. I highly recommend this lock for any door even if its a weird door like mine that opens outwards. On a side note The night latch also comes with the keys and the key lock which you can keep as a spare incase you need it for any other door that doesn't have a smart lock or whatever.

The product was well built and sturdy easy to fit and looked good on the door. from a security side it was very good and easy to use making access to the buildings easier without having to search around for keys everything you enter the building, I would certainly recommend this product.

Good looking, good quality, easy to use, has made entry very easy and we can give access to anyone who may need it without a worry about keys. Highly recommended product which eliminates wear on a traditional door gearbox
