I'm very happy with the product overall. It's very solid with plenty of space and sufficiently secure (bolted to the floor) to deter. My 3 stars for "Ease of Use" needs to be qualified - it's 5 stars once you have it set up but setting it up is not as easy as it could be: the instruction booklet has so many languages that the english text is tiny (especially for anyone who needs reading glasses); the pictures and text do NOT make the setup process as clear as they could (it took me multiple attempts, including a call to a very helpful Yale helpdesk, before I got it setup correctly; the little screen shows what you're keying and any error messages only when viewed from a perfect angle. Do NOT forget to change the master password as well as the "normal" password.

Bit hard setting up for us middle aged, my son did it in 10 minutes.

Good size

A very good safe, loads of space plus passcode, finger print and emergency key entry, so all bases covered. I did some homework before buying and the Yale got good reviews and I would recommend it.

Safe.co.uk are a good supplier and would recommend them as well.

Multiple ways if getting in

Multiple fingerprints (not sure what happens when memory is full but as it accepts 100 that shouldn't be a problem for us - once you give someone fingerprint access they appear to have it for ever)

Only one back up key but that should be enough!

Finish good

Slight gap all around the door, door rattles, fixed by adding a stick on tiny door bumper.

Pleased with it, I bought another for someone else.
