- The Phoenix Firechief FS1613k is designed to offer protection against fire and burglary attack in an economic, convenient and attractive format. This fire cupboard provides up to 30 minutes fire protection for paper documents and comes with a recommended insurance rating of £2,000 cash or £20,000 valuables. The safe door is fitted with a high security double bitted key lock, supplied with two keys and the base of the safe is ready prepared for floor installation via pre-drilled holes and a fixing kit which is supplied. Pros: Exactly what it says on the tin, large, sturdy heavy weight safe with plenty of storage capacity Cons: no instruction manual on how to fit shelves or additional security bolts. The shelves are stright forward but I have about 10 large pieces that came with the safe and I have no idea how to fit them or what they are really for.
