Iam really happy and impressed with the padlock,I have bought a lot of paddocks in my time,in comparison this looks a stronger and better paddlock,I trust to put it on my garage which I keep a lot of high value machinery in,knowing I can leave it and it will be safe,its a German made one ,not one that is made in China,and easily broke into,there's a lot of paddocks that look like this one on the market ,but believe me they are a lot less inferior to this one,if you value your possesions that you have worked hard to get then dont compromise with a cheap padlock,sleep at night knowing you have a good strong quality German engineered padlock on,it feels good looks good,and is the best quality you can buy

Bought for the church shed after the previous unbranded disc lock seized, snapped its key, and had to be removed with a grinder! This one seems extremely well made, as expected from Abus - given its planned use, I found it hard to decide between this and their marine quality model. Time will tell how well it withstands constant immersion in Cornish rain!

We made the decision that extra security was needed to protect our motorhome from theft so purchased a BC Peddle Lock. This formidable piece of kit envelopes both brake and clutch clamped by a 60 mm disc lock. I happened to search on Amazon the price of this 'amtech' lock and was most surprised to learn that it cost less than £5. Therefore despite it's association with the peddle lock, I searched for something that would give us more confidence by way of extra quality. Most delighted to find the ABUS Discus 23/60 Padlock giving 7 high security, drill resistant, anti pick and made in Germany. Safe.co.uk advertised for less than £20 with free postage so far less expensive than other suppliers.

I did my homework before purchasing this item and yes you can get cheaper but at what price ...? Your security.. I would definitely recommend this product.. Very well made and high security padlock.
