Can you tell me if I can see and hear with this system?From all I read the conclusion is the system is with two way audio. Is that correct?

Can the Net-gear Arlo Pro Camera pick up external movement if mounted indoors i.e. through double glazing?

You can view through most types of glass perfectly, however it would not detect motion through double glazing and also the night vision would not correctly function as the infrared lights can reflect back into the lens.

If someone switches off the internet after breaking in will the recording stop? Will it still be saved to the app up until that point?

The system will stop recording once the internet connection is cut off. It will record and store on to the cloud up until this point .

Can you use the Arlo Pro magnetic mount on external wall?

Unfortunately the Arlo Magnetic Mounts are only suitable for internal use. For external use, I can recommend the Arlo Pro White Outdoor Security Mount - VMA1000.

Is it possible to hard wire any of the camera's so the that they can be powered directly from the mains within the home? Are there any systems available that allow you to do this for some of the camera's and other camera's to work via batteries?

The Arlo System cannot be hard wired. The CCTV kits we sell are either wired or wireless. We do have the new Yale Smart Home 4 Megapixel - 2 Wi-Fi Camera CCTV Kit where the cameras are powered by mains and connect to the DVR box via WiFi.

Hi, if the internet connection is lost does the system need manual resetting or is it automatic?

If internet connection is lost the cameras will show as being offline, however, once internet connection is restored, the system will update automatically.
