I bought this as part of a set of three keyed alike cylinders for my home. They reduce the number of keys we have to carry and this thumb-turn unit makes one door an easy emergency escape. Good quality products, easy to fit, good value for money, easy to use website, great service.

Every home should have these. It is worth removing the existing locks to measure them properly as ordering can be a bit tricky. Ensure you get the measurements the right way round. I ordered two keyed alike locks with extra keys. Unfortunately they took several weeks to arrive even though I got an email with a delivery date on that was before they had even been made. I did speak to someone who was most helpful and promised to chase the locks up. They arrived eventually and were great but the extra keys hadn't been sent. One email resulted in a call to say the keys were being made and would be despatched asap and they arrived within a day or two.

So all in all, a mixed bag. Long delivery time but I would give them another go as their products are good.

I had previously looked at an alternative supplier who I had used for Window Restraining Units to stop my grand-daughter from opening bedroom window to far.

They could not supply the Door Lock barrels I wanted to rationalise the locks in my daughters home. The parts supplied by Safe were exactly as requested to full-fill my objective. Fitted all 3 units in less than 10 minutes, superb. My daughter is highly delighted with the outcome, no messing about looking for the correct key as "One Key Fits All". This is also greatly apprieciated by her daughters as they can also open any door without any messing.
