Excellent thumbturn cylinder lock.

All keys have snug fit and turn freely. Likewise the thumbscrews feels firm but slick, and the door locks easily.

I really cannot fault the product, the delivery or the customer service; and the locks were cheaper than many other brands representing excellent value for money.

Bought for my daughter who was moving into a first floor flat with a single door. Given that she only got 2 door keys with the property, and one of these was clearly a duplicate obtained from Timpson's, it seemed sensible from a security point of view to fit a new cylinder to the door.

Having changed a cylinder lock in my own house a few years ago it wasn't too difficult to make the change. We decided on an interior thumbturn locking assembly so that my daughter could keep her keys in her handbag and not lose sight of them. She is really terrible at mislaying things.

I needed to get a new cylinder for a door lock, and decided on a thumbturn one as we sometimes forgot to get the key from the lock so we couldn't unlock from the outside and had to use another door. I tried the local major chains but they had a limited range of sizes and none were what I needed. I did a Google search and Safe were seemed to be the best the came up. Checking their website they had a much larger range, including the size that I needed. Ordering online was easy and the new tumbler arrived on time and was a perfect fit.

Good quality product, which arrived quickly. Easy to fit, no need to be an engineer, anyone with DIY skills can fit themselves. Product now has been installed for a few months and working well. Would recommend as a replacement to do away with the need to use a key indoors.
