» Ask Question

Does this cage have 4 vertical sides? Ie. The back of the cage which goes against the back of the door - is it open or has a panel? Our door is not flush and therefore without a back Mail will still drop to the floor.
Steve Farmer, Nottingham
The back of this unit is open so it does need to fitted flush to the door to prevent gaps. If this is not possible you could consider the Indoor White - Rear Access Steel Post Box as this has a solid back and lockable door.

Can you attach a lock to this? I'm having issues with mail being opened when posted through the main door of my apartment block.
Martin Livingston, Ayr
Yes this could be secured by using a small padlock which are also available on our website.
