this safe gives us peace of mind from both a security and fire protection point of view , it was easy to set up and the practical assistance over the phone was friendly and helpful during the set up process. The size allows for both the smaller sentimental items, jewellery, documentation , birth certificates , passports etc. and valuable larger photographic camera equipment to be stored when necessary. A little disappointed with the fixing instructions and bolts/ raw plugs provided. Overall we are satisfied with the combi line 20E and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. On a practical level it has enabled the insurance cover of specific items to be covered whilst in the safe as opposed to “cover only when item is worn” which gives us peace of mind on a day to day basis .
