Burg Wachter Diplomat 38E however I am in a rented property. How easy (if at all) is it to remove this safe and move it to a new property in 12 -24 months time? Also will it leave any lasting marks / damage at the rented property?

Providing you can open the safe it can easily be removed once installed by unbolting the fixing bolts. However as you would have to drill holes into the floor/wall to install the unit once removed it would reveal the fixing holes.
