I’m very pleased with the safe and thought your aftercare was excellent as I lost my instruction manual and you forwarded me instructions immediately, also having a key was also very useful as I couldn’t remember the code.

First class after sales as there was a slight problem with my safe when it arrived. I spoke to Janet raby who couldn't do enough to sort the problem. Within few days my problematic safe was collected and replaced with a perfect replacement . My safe has now been installed and working perfectaly, again thanks for a first class product.
