Details
The Burton Amario Grade 4 - Size 2K offers high security protection from theft and is tested and certified by ECB-S to EN 1143-1 Eurograde 4 standard ensuring an insurance rating of £60,000 cash or £600,000 valuables. This safe is also approved by the Association of Insurance Surveyors (AiS) and the safe door is secured with two high security double bitted key locks, supplied with two keys per lock.

The safe is constructed using a double walled steel body with a special composite security fill and additional security is provided by 3-way moving bolt work and drill protection of the locking mechanism. This safe can either be installed to the floor or wall with a fixing kit supplied.

Tested and Certified

Certification plates inside a safe is proof that you are buying an independently tested and certified product by ECB-S which is recognised as Police Preferred (Secured by Design) and covered by insurers (Association of Insurance Surveyors).

This safe is both AiS insurance approved and Secured by Design for the ultimate in security accreditation and peace of mind. The Association of Insurance Surveyors (AiS) is an independent body that determines a safes suitability based on manufacturers test certificates and is one of the UK's leading accreditation bodies. Secured by Design is the official Police security initiative for the development of security products that reduce crime.

Installation

This Amario Grade 4 safe is designed to be installed the floor or wall with one pre-drilled fixing hole in the base and one part-drilled hole in the back. It is strongly recommended that the safe is installed to a solid concrete or brick surface for the most secure fix. A fixing kit is supplied, comprising of one masonry 24mm diameter, 165m long fixing bolt. Installation can be completed on a DIY basis or installation can be purchased with the safe.

High Security Locking Bolts

The door is secured by three-way large 25mm steel locking bolts which are operated by the safes handle when the safe has been unlocked and when locking the safe. This safe includes locking bolts on the top, side and bottom of the door which ensure the door remains in place if the external door hinges are sheared off during a burglary attempt.

High Security Key Locking

This safe is secured by dual double bitted key locks that are certified to EN1300. The safe is supplied with two keys per lock but additional keys are available at the point of order if you need more. The lock utilises a key retaining feature which ensures that the key stays in the lock until it is locked, helping you to remember to fully lock the safe.
