To be honest the set-up was made more complicated than it needed to be because I didn't read the instructions properly. But it works, it’s bolted to the ground and the batteries haven’t run out in the months that we’ve had it.

We selected this model because it’s water-proof and secure, but we’ve not suffered a flood, nor has anyone tried to break in, so I can’t vouch for that.

There’s more plastic components that I’d expect, tough plastic I grant you, but nevertheless I’d expect reduced fire resistance.

All in all it does a fine job, and has plenty of space – I could only improve it through the use of a small internal light, but it’s a small thing, otherwise we’re very happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

Works well and fits nicely under my desk. My wife finds it difficult to open, but I do not.
