The product arrived quickly after ordering but when I opened it I found a bit of metal had fallen off and was inside . The red foam gun divider had also fallen off and on closer inspection discovered very little glue had been used, I managed to repair this myself .

I let customer services know via email and was informed that this piece of metal was to do with where the bolts engaged when locked, I was told the cabinet could still be used without this bit of metal until an engineer could be arranged to repair it.

I opted not to use it until this was repaired, the engineer arrived two weeks later and repaired the fault. The bit of metal that had fallen off was only fixed with sticky pads not really what you would expect for a security cabinet which is police approved.

The description of the cabinet is a bit deceiving as the ad says it's suitable for 10 shotguns and rifles but it is not suitable for scoped rifles and fitting ten guns in it would be very tight it would however fit 7 or 8 comfortably .

I've bought it now and will make do but not really what I was xpecting .
