The Product was fine, but had been dropped in transit-heavy! There was some sight damage but not enough to complain about.

I felt that the product was "flagged up" on the outer packaging as being from a Safe company, some customers might want as few a number of people as possible to know that they are installing a safe!.

Otherwise the product is good, and hopefully "does what it says on the tin".

The safe is well built and sturdy and excellent value for money, particularly when you consider the high cash-rating. The initial safe we received was damaged in transit and after a brief phone call to The Safe Shop a replacement, much better packaged this time, was sent out immediately and the damaged item collected at the same time. No debate, no fuss, just excellent service. Installation was straightforward and we have had no issues. Our only concern is the lid is not watertight so if the surrounding floor area was flooded the liquid would find its way into the safe, so any valuables that could be damaged by liquids should be kept in a sealed watertight box inside the safe.
