The box is as described. I especially like the fact that the keyhole is located underneath the flap. It is easy to install and the lid does stay up when emptying mail! Capacity is a bit of a problem, especially if you receive a lot of promotional or junk mail. Also, if you receive large or thick envelopes. This is made worse if you go away for a few days and you end up with mail sticking out, which is an advertisement that you are away. You do need to have good neighbours who can empty the box for you. This box was still the best of the bunch and I can recommend.

This is a neat and stylish design that suits our modern house perfectly. The black colourway looks smart and fairly unobtrusive. The lock means that the post is safely stored should we be out all day or away over night. The size means A4 envelopes fit in without bending and the newspaper can also be fitted in, so no problems if it is a wet morning.

The website for this product was user friendly and the product arrived pretty quickly and was well packaged. I would have no hesitation in recommending this product to family and friends. Not something one can say about many goods these days.

We installed this following an incident with the dog and postman!!! It's very secure as it needs the key to open and postman very happy. Capacity is generally ok with several items of standard size mail. Too small if you had large packets as entry slot is about amazon book size / magazine thick, but not more and not big enough for say a novel.
