This is the 2nd Chubb safe we have bought through The Safe Shop.

Advice for staff at the Safe Shop to help us with our purchase was excellent - helping us choose the right product for us. The safe was delivered promptly, well packaged on a small wooden pallet. The product is of good quality, well built and was very easy to install using the fixings provided. Unfortunately 1 of the fixing bolts was the wrong size, but the Safe Shop were very quick to send the correct bolt when advised of the situation. Excellent customer service in this respect. I would certainly recommend the Safe Shop and the safe for others to purchase.

Top shelf wobbles so be gentle, and I nearly lost a key in the "wall" of the safe when I put it in the bottom right-hand corner of the bottom shelf. That "tube" created by the hollow make-up of the body just needs a stopper of sorts.

Pros: Simple and solid. Went for the key version fro reliability as opposed to more expensive electronic lock. Decent size, takes two laptops, cameras and lenses. Cons: The shelf can slide about a bit on its runners. Care has to be taken putting laptop inside, as door does not swing back enough. Needs padding inside to protect delicate items like cameras.

Pros: Good size safe simple to use. Cons: Supplied fixings did not appear to fix well into brick.
