Does what is required. Setup instructions for allocating System and User numbers are not very clear. The dial on the front seems a bit flimsy. Drilling the holes to fix it was quite a job into hard concrete. Arrived a whole day early and we'd have been out except the lorry driver stopped to ask us where our house was. No complaints. All fine.

The ordering of my safe was so easy. The delivery was seamless and the driver positioned it immediately outside the required door. This allowed the easy transition of the safe to its final installation position. Programming of the electronic lock was reasonably easy and daily entry even easier. The size of the storage area is more than adequate, aiding with this is the removable shelves which gives you more flexibility at all times. I am now in the process of contacting my insurance providers to make them aware of this storage facility and fully expect my insurance premiums to be affected positively. Thank you!.

The safe has good looks and considering the internal volume, it is just about small enough to have in the corner of a room. It was a helpful prompt delivery - the driver offered to bring it over a double-step front door. Packing was very good on a small pallet. It’s not too heavy, one person can slide it on a carpet.

The floor fixing could be improved. Fire resistant ballast/sand came out of the holes in the base to some extent. Furthermore the base plate bowed down a bit when the fixing bolts were at the required tightness and I also found I needed extra large washers to avoid any chance of a gap around the holes. Finally the fixing bolt heads project into the safe so that you can’t put something flat on the floor of it. This is a design fault in my view.

The lock is smooth, easy and reliable but it’s crucial to ensure the safe is perfectly level to avoid the door swinging shut.

We were looking for a large safe to store both documents as well as valuables. Also, we needed something that did not have to be fixed to the floor as we are in a Grade II listed building. This safe looked, online, as if it would suffice.

The ordering process was very easy, although there was some delay in the organising of the delivery date.

When the safe arrived, we were really pleased. It is everything we expected and was very easy to programme the entry codes.

The driver was really helpful (it turned out he was the Ops Manager and not a driver!) and he managed to man handle the safe into our preferred location!
