First of all, it's a heavy brute, so needed two to get it up stairs and located where it was needed. Comes with fixings and instructions , though I did need to go out and buy a suitable drill bit for the Anchor holes. Once in place, it's not going anywhere!!.

Has adjustable shelf and could fit a surprising amount in it, a lot more than I thought TBA.

This was the key version as didn't want to pay extra for combination and worry about replacing batteries. You get 2 keys and it's easy to operate.

The safe is easy to install with floor or wall fixing options. Opening and closing is simple with a good strong key. Compact but ample room for valuables. Solid build, good colour and looks very secure. For the price it seems incredibly good value compared to other brands. Chubb is a household name you can be sure of.

the website was very easy to negotiate, and when I needed help, the phone was answered after 2 rings by a most helpful young lady !Nothing was a bother to them and product arrived exactly when they said it would.

One small hiccup I had was with a missing shelf bracket. The problem was dealt with immediately over the phone, and the part arrived very quickly

Generally well built and it seems secure. I purchased the key option and it seems to operate smoothly. Hopefully, the security won't be put to the test! The major problem is installation and lack of any sort of guidance or support. (The instructions are unintelligible - I think they are meant to cover more than one type of safe but it isn't clear). This would be a major drawback in recommending to a third party. Also, I can't understand why there aren't fixing points on all sides to give additional options. The bolts provided seem too long and present a problem when deciding where to locate safe and which surfaces it can be attached to. I was fortunate in getting a discount but even £500 seems expensive without installation.

The safe build quality is excellent and the installation instructions very clear. We selected the key option to lock/unlock the safe and it works very well. The safe meets our / contents insurance requirements. Certainly would recommend it.
