I’ve had one of these locks for a number of years which is why I had no reservations about getting another one when I needed a second lock. Absolutely first class locking system, well built, robust and excellent security, and second to none after sales service. Well worth its cost.

This is a really smart looking, strong and effective exterior door lock. I use it on an exterior shed door and it’s easy to operate, looks good and this model has a key override should you forget the combination. Easy to fit with care - best fitted by a handyman.

Bought two locks, one works fine the other one not so much, the locking mechanism gets caught which is likely due to the ability to put it on the latch. The latch seems to apply itself and catch the locking mechanism.

Excellent piece of kit. Very good quality and easy to fit. I wish now I had ordered one that has batteries and lights up the letters and numbers because the lock is in a dark area and its a bit difficult to get the code right at night time, but apart from that I am well pleased with the unit.

The first impression when you open the box is good,with a clear set of instructions and the various parts individually wrapped, there is a good weight to the product and the quality feels good. The nice thing was the paper template which is folded on the dotted line to sit against the door edge then you tape it in the right place and drill the holes, flip it on the other side and drill from that side to prevent breakout.Next thing is to set the required code again with clear instructions, fix the lock to the door, cut in the latch plate and your done.
