I ordered a PoE security camera in mid-November 2020. Unfortunately it wasn't in stock so delivery was promised in mid-December (OK for me). Unfortunately stock didn't arrive and I was offered a refund shortly before Christmas. I had regular dialogue with the company via email, considering lockdown, tier 4 etc, they were always VERY prompt at responding. after waiting another couple of weeks with occasional email exchanges I finally gave up waiting as the business was unable to give me a delivery date from their supplier. I was promptly given a full refunf at end 1st week of January and purchased elsewhere (from stock). Clearly let down by their supplier, but very efficient to deal with. Would use again if the opportunity arises. 5 start rating was for same product from elsewhere.
