Unfortunately as with any other insurance approved night latch they are designed to work with inward opening doors only and the latch cannot be reversed.

The ERA Auto Deadlocking Nightlatch is brass plated.

This lock cannot be used on an outward opening door. The only nighlatch we currently have available that would be suitable is the Yale 77 - Standard Nightlatch (60mm) when purchased with the optional reverse strike.
