This item did exactly what we wanted. It paired easily with our alarm unit.

We are absolutely delighted with the PIR pet motion sensors. Our dog is 31.7kg and he doesn’t set it off at all even when he is bouncing around. We purchased this as a complete alarm kit as well as extra pet sensors for more rooms and sheds and extra sensors for doors and windows throughout. We are electrical contractors and install quite a few alarm systems. We would highly recommend ERA to all our customers without any hesitation. It is the easiest and most efficient system we have fitted to date. We were so impressed with the whole kit that we bought the ERA door camera too. Fabulous products, thank you.

I bought two of these at this time to supplement the ones that came with my alarm kit.

They are OK...One failed within a day of installation (it was continually triggering the alarm, which upset the neighbours, but what can you do?).

I was directed by Safe.Com customer support to speak to Response Electronics (I guess the owning company of ERA) and their customer service replaced this without any issues.

The sensors are not hugely sensitive - in a hot room they don't see you - but I guess this is by design so they don't get triggered by cats and dogs.

Overall I'm happy with these sensor. They do what they're supposed to.
