Hi, do you know if its possible to swap out the inbuilt sim to your own choice, appreciate that that might mean less info on cloud if wifi down, but if own sim can still phone and text alerts then that might be option for some.

The SIM card in the hub cannot be swapped out.

If the internet is down, would the alarm still be triggered? Or just the monitoring inaccessible?

If the Wi-Fi goes down, the alarm would work as normal but you would not receive notifications until an internet connection is re-established or you are subscribed to the built in sim card.
